Sir Gillian and Trey

When the wise old man falls into Darkness

The evil wizard and his apprentice

Sir Gillian (and don’t you forget the Sir) was once a very wise and very powerful noble. When something happened, he was blamed (no one knows if he really was to blame or not, but he took the fall) and fled the lands to set up his new dark lair where his anger could fester. He was once the wisest and most trusted advisor to the King and now, he is wasted away to practically nothing.

Trey is mesmerized by his message and agrees to be Sir Gillian’s apprentice. Like most young cocky guys, Trey is still being trained when he feels that he is better than his master and tries to outdo him. Does it work? No. He is always getting on his master’s nerves, but Trey is really good at brewing the medicine that keeps Sir Gillian alive.

Trey’s antics will often be the reason their plots are foiled by Amanda and Luke. Probably the only reason Sir Gillian keeps Trey around is because he really good at brewing potions – especially the potion that keeps Sir Gillian alive – and the tired old hands of an aged Sir Gillian can’t really do it anymore.
