Hello, and welcome! I am a web developer with a background in PHP and a focus on WCAG and Section 508 Compliance and my goal is to make sure your website and products meed all accessibility guidelines. I currently reside in Norfolk, Virginia and can not relocate at this time.

I reside in Norfolk, Virginia and can not relocate. I get too many job leads that are not local to me, so please help save your time as well as mine by reviewing the information inside of this card.
That I cannot relocate is absolutely non-negotiable and is considered a deal-breaker. Nine times out of ten, the job you are recruiting for can be done from the office I maintain, as the COVID-19 Pandemic proved.
I am open to 100% remote work that is open to Virginia residents, and I can also return to an office. I maintain an office in Norfolk, Virginia (where I am also open to doing Hybrid and In Office work).
Office for 100% Remote Work
I maintain an office in Norfolk, Virginia that can be used for 100% remote work.
This office contains everything needed to do work remotely, including reasonably fast Wi-Fi, the ability to have a hard wired network connection, and has a device which supports all the major video conferencing tools.
The location of this office will be disclosed upon successful hire, as it will be the location I will receive work-related mail.

Technical Background and Skillset
My technical background is that of a PHP developer and my focus is that of WCAG and Section 508 Compliance. Long story short: I give websites the once-over to ensure they comply with accessibility guidelines, while making sure they look great no matter what device or combination of devices are used.

I am always open to learning new skills on the job. My entire WCAG and Section 508 Background, for example, came from on the job training.
Education
I have one last class I need to take in the Fall of 2023 (August 2023 – December 2023) and I will finally earn my Bacelors. If there are any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact me as I would rather discuss this on a case by case basis.
