    Hobby Projects

These are a bunch of projects I've done as a hobby, to keep my skills sharpened

    • Visual Basic (Classic)
    • StoreTrainer is a simple program to remember the locations of your games and their trainers. The goal was to use Visual Basic 6.0 to write a simple took that would work on the growing retro gaming PC market, and still support modern version of Windows. Development was done on Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
    • Web Programming
    • Portfolio of Work This portfolio is written using the latest HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP standards. Using W3.CSS as a template, this site was written using nothing more than a text editor. I did not use a WYSIWYG editor what-so-ever.
    • Book Collection I like to write books. The goal is to turn this into a downloadable application that will be written in Visual Basic .NET
    • Rachel's Story This is written using an install of WordPress. Since WordPress is becoming too much for me, it will slowly be transitioned to the Book Server project
    • JavaScript Moon Chart A few years ago, I was taking both an Astronomy and a JavaScript class. For the Astronomy class, I had to come up with a chart of the moon. For the JavaScript class, I had to build a JavaScript powered website. So I thought to myself, why not make a JavaScript Moon Chart? Here's the results.
