The Bad Accident

I wake up to find myself in a hospital bed.  As I come to, standing over me are my oldest sister Kara and my cousin Amanda.  “We were so worried about you,” Kara said as she notices me starting to react.

“What happened,” I asked, “Where am I?”

I become very upset when a wheelchair enters the room.  “You’re paralyzed from the hips down.  So is Ariel.  Mom, Dad, and Uncle John are waiting in the lobby.  We have a lot to discuss,” Kara explained.
